Has three models, the Neon SE is comes standard with a 2.0-liter, I4, 132-horsepower engine. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard while the 4 speed automatic is an option. the 2009 Dodge Neon R/Tcomes standard with a 2.0-liter, I4 150-horsepower engine. Like the Neon SE the Neon R/T comes with the same transmission packages.

Many options are available for the 2009 Dodge Neon. Like many other sedans in this price range the Dodge Neon doesn't come with air at the base model price. Anti-lock brakes are also an option. Some of the major options include cruise controll and keyless entry. Some of the sport features on Neon is fog lamps, CD player and rear spoiler.
